
Reservations
For a majority of our packages to make a reservation you’ll need a valid ID and a Credit Card. Most pre-paid cards or gift cards will not be accepted.
In the crazy world of online fraud and identity theft, you unfortunately can’t make a reservation for someone else. However, there are a few exceptions for corporate clients, please call the desk for more information.
Room rates and availability display on our booking generator during the online reservation process. The total rate, including additional charges and taxes appears on the “Reservation Summary”.
When available, we offer a Corporate Rate, our Repeat Guest Rate, and Stash Hotel Rewards. For the best available price, please use our Booking Carousel.
Payment and Cancellation
For payment terms, please reference the “Reservation Guarantee” specific to your chosen rate.
Some of our Rates do require a pre-payment.
Yes, you will be required to present the ID and Credit Card used for payment at check-in. In some cases, you may be requested to fill out our secure form ahead of time with both of those cards for verification.
Yes, for your protection, the reservation processing is handled on a secured server that encrypts your credit card information.
You can cancel and reservation at anytime. A refund will be given according to your selected cancellation policy’s refund terms.


Additional Questions
Depending on availability, you can add on a early check-in or a late check-out for an additional fee.
Yes, as long as it’s available you can add it on at anytime.
