Yes, you will be required to present the ID and Credit Card used for payment at check-in. In some cases, you may be requested to fill out our secure form ahead of time with both of those cards for verification.
Yes, for your protection, the reservation processing is handled on a secured server that encrypts your credit card information.
You can cancel and reservation at anytime. A refund will be given according to your selected cancellation policy’s refund terms.

Booking Policies
Please read our reservation policy carefully, by making a reservation you are agreeing to the following terms.
Check-in / Check-out
Check-In Time : 3:00 pm – 7:00 pm Check-Out Time: 10:00 am
Late Check-In is available for a fee and must be scheduled in advance.
Minimum Age to Reserve
Guests must be at least 21 years of age to make a reservation.
Cancellations
Cancellation policies may vary depending on the rate or dates of your reservation. Please refer to your reservation confirmation to verify your cancellation policy.
Payment
Reservations must be guaranteed with a Visa, MasterCard or Discover card.
Pets
Pet’s are not allowed on property.
Parking
Free street parking is available on Clifton Avenue. A paid parking lot is available on property for $10 per evening.
Smoking + Drugs
300 Clifton is completely smoke and drug-free.
Room Requests & Type Assignment
All rooms are booked by “type”. Room requests “example: the forge, the blue one” cannot be honored. All rooms are booked and assigned by type.
Photo & Video Shoot Rentals
No photo / video shoot rentals without prior permission. Photo rentals may incur additional fees.
Events
Outside guests who are not on the reservation are prohibited. Groups or Events will need written permission from the property.
Communication
