We offer a variety of rooms all with unique touches. Many of our rooms are restored to their original themes paying tribute to the Mansions rich history. From original family guestrooms to restored Haylofts.

All rooms have a Queen bed. Parking is available on the property for $10 per night. Optional add-ons can be added prior to arrival or at check-in. At the moment, all rates for 2022 are non-refundable.

A guided tour of the main mansion, grounds, and carriage house. Focused on the original family, world-famous architect, and icon personalities who’ve lived in the mansion in years past.
Tour the main mansion, servants’ quarters, and basements. Learn the history of Clifton Avenue and possibly meet the ghost of one of the Carpenter family’s chambermaids, Gertrude.
Tour through the main mansion, grounds, and carriage house, all in the most comfortable way possible: in the dark. Learn the history of the mansion, and neighborhood, and hear stories of the ghosts of 300 Clifton.
You will tour the formal areas of the house and then travel to the basement and subbasement where the paranormal investigators found the haunted souls to be the most active.
